Joyce A. Harvey

Joyce was born on November 19, 1947 and passed away surrounded by her family on December 20, 2017. 

She was a brilliant woman whose compassion extended far beyond friends and family. She spent most of her life as a registered nurse in ICU and used her medical knowledge to later work in medical claims where she retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield. Joyce had an avid love for reading and dogs, but there was no greater love than what she had for her husband and family. 

Joyce was married to Edward Harvey. They were married for 42 years but were together for 44 years. They shared a beautiful life filled with so much love and laughter with their children and grandchildren. Nothing made her happier than being with her husband, her kids, and her grandkids, especially on Christmas Eve. Her bright smile, compassionate heart, and endless love will be greatly missed.

Joyce is survived by her husband, Ed Harvey, their 11 children, 22 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren who loved her deeply.
