Ann M. (DiStefano) Mastrota

 Ann DiStefano Mastrota, age 89, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2018.

Ann was born to Albert and Helen (Gentile) DiStefano on June 5, 1928.  She graduated from PS DuPont High School and later was employed for many years in the banking industry.  Ann was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church and Blessed Mary Virgin Sodality.  She devoted her life to raising her two sons.  In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her brother Paul and his wife Mary.  She is survived by her son Albert; her son David and his wife Karyn; and her two granddaughters, Saige and Makenna, as well as her nieces and nephews and their families.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 3rd at 10 am at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9th & DuPont St. Wilmington, followed by Interment in Cathedral Cemetery.  Calling hours are Wednesday, May 2nd at the Corleto Latina Family Center, 807 N.
