Judy was a native Delawarean,  born in Wilmington on October 4, 1930.  She was the first of four daughters of Nicholas and Vera Corleto.  She graduated from Wilmington High School and then from Goucher College, where she majored in foreign languages and enjoyed playing the violin.  Shortly after college, Judy married Arthur J. Judy’s many interests included painting, tennis, and bridge.  She was active with the Junior Board, the Delaware Art Museum Council and Holiday House Tours,  and the Delaware Symphony Orchestra.  She was a member at  the University and Whist Club, Wilmington Raquets Club and Hockessin Indoor Tennis.  She was a part time resident of Rehoboth Beach for many years.

Judy was predeceased by her husband in 2002 and her daughter-in-law Joan H.
