Daniel Alvarez

Daniel Alvarez was born in West Chester, PA on March 4, 1991. Dani grew up and attended school in Kennett Square, PA and later moved to Delaware.

Daniel or as many knew him as Dani, loved to play soccer as a kid with his brother Saul. He competed in Pennsylvania and Delaware for about 5 years. Dani was extremely bright and adored challenging games of chess. He took great pleasure in cutting hair with even the simplest tools like an ordinary razor and Walmart clippers. He also was a lover of pit-bulls and would often adopt them. He loved to travel and try different cuisines, but his favorite dish was Mom's Spaghetti with ground beef. Daniel enjoyed listening to Corrido’s and Oldies. His uplifting comedic personality is something everyone enjoyed while sharing his company or conversing with him. His beaming smile was always portrayed regardless of who he was with, allowing him friendships here and Mexico.

Daniel is survived by two children, Ambar Alina Alvarez-Morales and Julius Alvarez-Reza, parents Maria Corona and Tomas Alvarez, three siblings Elvia, Saul and Roxanna Alvarez, four nieces and nephews Salvador, Angel, Aaliyah, Derian, and brother-in-law Salvador.

Family and Friends are invited to join his family on Monday, August 29th, 2022, at 1pm-2pm at Corleto-Latina Funeral Home, 807 N. Union Street Wilmington, DE 19805. Burial will be held after at Silverbrook Cemetery, 3300 Lancaster Pike Wilmington, DE 19805.
