Debra Ann Sparks was born in Okinawa, Japan, on December 1, 1964. Her father is Ronald Lee Williams, and her mother is Deanna.
Debra loved to spend time with friends at the bowling alley on Fridays during league nights, where she could bowl or go out and about, visiting Shellhammers for brunch with them as well. Her heart and soul were her two sons, Joey and Tyler, and later her first granddaughter, Aubrey. She loved them with all her heart and wanted nothing more than to see them succeed and thrive in life. She enjoyed singing in the car to music, with her kids or whoever she was with, singing along as they drove down the road, whether for four minutes or an hour. She always did her best to provide for anyone in need, whether a stranger on the street or her closest friend or family. She aimed to make their lives better, even when she couldn't walk. She would check on anyone to ensure they were doing better, putting others first and herself last, often giving the shirt off her back to someone in need. She loved spending time with family whenever she could, making every moment last as long as possible. She worked at various places, starting with Chase Bank, Super Fresh grocery store, Kmart, Wawa, and RBC Trust. She loved visiting her brother in North Carolina and seeing her niece, Rachel, and her kids, either making the trip down or having them come up to Delaware to visit and go to dinner with her and Dee. Rachel's mother always checked in on Debra to see how she was doing.
Her father, Ronald Lee Williams, passed away on March 14th, 2023.
She is survived by her two sons, Joseph Bud Sparks II and Tyler James Sparks, with his wife Kelsey Lynn Sparks and daughter Aubrey Sky Sparks, her father’s girlfriend Cindy Guille, brother Bob Williams, ex-sister-in-law Dee, niece Rachel Peffley, and nephew Robert Williams.
