Diana Dominick

Diana Gale Dominick, age 62, of Wilmington, DE passed away Monday, February 17, 2020.


Gale joined the angels in heaven after her long fight with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma ended. For over a year, she fought the aggressive cancer and never gave up no matter how many times she was knocked down. Many were not aware of Gale's illness because she chose to keep a brave face in the midst of her storm. She did not want others to worry about her. She was so selfless and caring and always put others first.


Gale was a loving, caring mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and friend who touched all of the lives of those around her. Family was everything to her, especially her daughters and grandchildren. She always placed the needs and feelings of others before her own.


Gale is survived by her four daughters Julia Deputy, Amy Deputy, Karen Deputy and Summer Harrison; her mother Jean Dominick; her sisters Sandra Ward and Mary Frost and her brother Richard Dominick.


Gale is pre-deceased by her father Carl Dominick; Uncles Samuel Dominick and Walter Szymanski, Cousin Deborah See and Former Husband Leonard Deputy. She has now joined them in heaven where they can rejoice upon their reunion.


A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2020, at the Corleto Latina Funeral Home at 807 N. Union Street in Wilmington, DE 19805 between the hours of 11- 1 pm. The service will start promptly at 11:30 am.
