Felix Manuel Beltran Jr (Sijo), 52, of Wilmington, DE unexpectedly passed away at home on June 25, 2022.
Felix, born on March 13, 1970, grew up in Wilmington and studied his education at St. Paul’s School and St. Elizabeth High School where he excelled in basketball. He enjoyed playing baseball throughout his life; Felix played for the Prado League and La Fuerza Latina (Roberto Clemente). He was a sports fanatic who loved reading and crossword puzzles.
Felix was an amazing person, he had a beautiful soul and a heart of gold. He always had a smile on his face. Felix was smart, hilarious and generous. He was loved by many and always saw the good in people, he was always willing to give a helping hand. Felix was humble; he was the greatest father, brother and friend anyone could ask for.
Felix was predeceased by his brothers, Jamie and Jason, his maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents. He is survived by his daughter Ashley (Darlene), his son Christopher (Neida), granddaughter Riley, parents Carmen and Felix, brother Michael, sister Marissa and plenty of cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The funeral services will be held at St. Paul Church, 1010 W 4th Street, Wilmington, Delaware, on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 9:30am. The family will be there to welcome friends and relatives.
