Frederick Buiano Obituary

Frederick Paul Buiano Jr., age 64, of Wilmington, Delaware, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022, at Season Hospice - in Newark, Delaware.

Frederick was born March 28, 1957, in Wilmington, Delaware, a son of Frederick and Rita Ann Saienni Buiano. Frederick “Fred” attended Del-castle High school majoring in Carpentry, where he eventually graduated. On a funny side note, Fred was due to turn in a project to receive his final grade, well Fred being Fred, had to borrow his brother Anthony's carpentry project from William Penn High where he received a B-.  However, when Fred turned in the borrowed wooden shelf to his teacher at Del-castle, he received an A. Go figure! Fred was a master carpenter having begun his trade working in the family business. He also worked for Bancroft and Dewson construction companies for several years. He also started his own construction business called Perennial Construction where he spent years building a reputation on quality and honesty. Additionally, as a young boy Fred was fascinated by the car's that his mother and father owned, namely a '65 Oldsmobile Starfire. The interest continued as he grew older and it quickly grew into a passion for the automotive side, which he shared with his older uncle's Joe, Sam, and Frank Saienni. Throughout his life, Fred owned several classic muscle cars. His love of cars led him to start a classic car parts business in New Castle, Delaware, which was very successful. As a child Fred was enamored with his father's hi-fi stereos, Fred always had a passion for all things music. In his later years, this led him to start an audio store in Boothwyn, Pennsylvania, where he sold turn tables, receivers, amplifiers, and records. During his time running the audio store Fred made many friends, his closest being Uncle John from Uncle Johns Attic. Just like the store, the community at Boothwyn Famer's Market was very important to Fred, for these reasons his brother Anthony will continue to run it in his memory.

He is survived by his stepmother, Linda Brugler; three siblings, Tony Buiano of Wilmington, DE, Laura Stadnik, and Jason Stadnik; and his niece, Madeline Elizabeth Buiano of Wilmington, uncle Frank Saienni, aunt Mary Saienni, aunt Antionette Golbus, uncle Paul Buiano, uncle Mickey Golbus, and Aunt Cheryl Buiano.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Rita Ann Saienni, Frederick Paul Buiano Sr., Mary Sposato-Buiano, Anthony Buiano, Lucy Saienni, and Samuel Saienni.
