Jeanne Giordano

Jeanne Giordano passed away peacefully on May 29th surrounded by her loving family. She lived her entire life in a loving and positive way, finding the beauty in everything. Her infectious laugh and vibrant spirit will be missed by all who loved her. This includes the many children whose lives she impacted over the 18 years she was an educator at Wilmington Friends School and Odyssey Charter School.

Jeanne is survived by her loving husband Phil, her adoring sons Stephen (Stacey) and Anthony (Ashlee), grandchildren Madelyn, Lily, Dimitri and Dezmend as well as her faithful companion Baci. She also leaves to mourn her loss her sisters Connie Pratt (Larry), Carol (Dayna), nephew Danny Salter (Erika) great nieces Charlotte and Ava and many more nieces, nephews and their children.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents Mary and Henry Pratt.

In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests donations in Jeanne's memory be made to Cavalier Rescue USA (cavalierrescueusa.org/donate) or Children's Hospital Philadelphia (give2.chop.edu).

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service from 9am to 11am on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at the Corleto Latina Family Center, 807 N. Union Street, Wilmington, DE 19805.

A prayer service will begin at 11am followed by burial in Cathedral Cemetery.
