Joyce A Bermudez

On Tuesday, August 17th, 2021 Joyce Ann (Medora) Bermudez, loving wife and mother of two children, passed away at the age of 70.

Joyce Ann Bermudez was born on January 13th,1951 in Wilmington, DE to Joseph and Catherine (Davis) Medora.
She graduated in 1969 from William Penn High school. On May 28th, 1977, she married Gilbert Bermudez Jr.
They raised two children, a son Gilberto Joseph Bermudez and a daughter Marita Catherine Bermudez.

Joyce loved her family with all her heart and always did her best to bring happiness to all. She loved butterflies and pink and red were here favorite colors. She had a laugh like no other and a smile that could lighten up any room. She loved the Lord and always shared her faith with others.

Joyce was preceded in death by her father, Joe and her mother, Catty. She is survived by her husband Gilbert, her two children, Gilberto and Marita, son in law Rolando Torres Jr., her granddaughters Liliana Torres and Joyana Torres, grandpup "Nicco", sister's Monica Massey (Lance Miller), and Rosemary Matarese, brother's Joseph Medora, Phil Davis and Mike Davis. As well as several cousins nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Monday August 30th, 2021 at the Corleto-Latina Funeral Home at 10 o'clock a.m. Burial to follow at 1 o'clock p.m. at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
