Mary Elizabeth Robinson, 39, of Wilmington, Delaware, passed away on February 2, 2026. Born in Pennsylvania and raised in Delaware, Mary—affectionately known as “Beth” or “Marybeth” to those closest to her—was a woman whose kindness and strength left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Julia Brooke Robinson, and her mother, Mary D. Robinson. She is survived by her loving father, William J. Robinson Sr.; her cherished sons, Anthony Fusco III and Ethan Robinson;
siblings, Jennifer Robinson, Suzanna Robinson, and William J. Robinson Jr. She was also a very proud aunt to 18 nieces and nephews, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends who loved her deeply.
Beth was a sweet soul with a huge heart, always willing to give whatever she could to help others—even when she had little herself. Her generosity and compassion knew no bounds. Though quiet and shy in her younger years, she grew into a vibrant, sociable woman who spoke her mind freely and embraced life with openness.
She had a creative spirit and a love for drawing, with a natural ability to put anything together and make something beautiful out of it. She loved music, as a teen Eminem was her favorite artist. She could be playful and lighthearted, often acting a bit ditzy, yet she was deeply intelligent and thoughtful. Bethie was a natural beauty inside & out. With that said she had no fear of getting her hands dirty—whether placing worms on hooks or quietly watching for deer from the stands with her dad. As a child Beth was very timid of the ocean & bridges. But always had a love for the outdoors.
During her life she enjoyed going to church and spending time at family BBQs, where she felt most at home surrounded by those she loved.
Despite the many struggles she faced, Beth remained incredibly strong and never allowed life’s hardships to break her spirit. Her sons were her greatest pride and joy, and they were the driving force behind her resilience and determination.
Mary Elizabeth Robinson will be remembered as one of the most selfless, compassionate, and loving individuals. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
