Paul J. Laskowski, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020 as the result of ongoing health issues.
Paul was born and raised in Wilmington, DEL in the area known as Browntown. Paul attended St. Hedwig’s School and graduated from Wilmington High School in 1970. He was an independent contractor with the News Journal for 45 years delivering newspaper.
Paul was an avid member of the Pulaski Legion. His hobbies included: bowling, football, baseball and had an ongoing passion for photography.
Paul was an avid cat lover and would make sure any stray he came across would have food, water, and a little love. He would also help maintain the feline population by having the strays he came across were spayed and neutered.
He is survived by his lifelong companion Wendy Lee and her children, Marlana, John, Laura, Jessica who he became a father figure to, as well as being blessed by becoming a grandfather to 8 beautiful grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Carl & Gene Laskowski, sister Ann Holdren, nephews: Adam and Jason and nieces: Mary, Laura, and Crystal He also leaves behind a beloved feline named Angel.
He is predeceased in death by his parents Joseph and Catherine Laskowski, as well as 11 beloved felines.
