Robert "Bobby" Wright III

Robert W. Wright, III, “Bobby”, 54, passed away unexpectedly, in Wilmington on Sunday, December 4, 2022.

Bobby was born in Wilmington on December 7, 1967.  He is predeceased by his mother, Rebecca Capano, and his father, Robert W. Wright, Jr., and Maternal grandparents Francis R. Kempski and Ruth V. Nickels, and his Fraternal grandparents, Robert W. Wright and Helen Richards.

He is survived by his four loving children, Jessica, Brittany, Percival, and Carter, and his cherished grandchildren, Zayden and Arbrianni, whom he adored, and his sister Misty Wright. Bobby leaves behind his five caring aunts, uncles and many loving cousins, and good friends.

He graduated from Christiana High School, then went on to apprentice as an electrician. He was an accomplished musician, the guitar being his specialty.  Bobby loved to cook and for a time managed his mother’s and step-father’s restaurant in Marco Island, Florida, where he was also able to enjoy his favorite pastime of boating and fishing. He was an avid reader and shared his mother’s gift of art.

Bobby was a loving son, father, and grandfather and will be dearly missed by everyone.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, from 12 PM to 1 PM at the Corleto Latina Family Center,  807 N Union Street, Wilmington, DE 19805. Interment will be private. Online condolences can be sent to corletolatinafuneralhome.com.
