Ugo A. Marconi

It’s with great sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather who was the joy of our life. Ugo passed away peacefully on March 1st 2021 at the age of 92. He was born on June 12th 1928 in Montreal Canada. Ugo and his family emigrated to the US in 1965 to start a new life. He became a very proud American citizen. He loved to travel to Italy to visit his hometown and childhood friends.

Ugo had many friends and was always active in St Anthony’s church. He loved to play Bocce and was a former Delaware State Bocce Champion. Ugo is survived by his wife of 67 years, Vittoria. his two children Elena and Giorgio, his son -in- law Paul, three grandchildren, Brianna, Vittoria and Alessa, and one great grandchild, Giovanni.

 He will always be in our hearts and will be dearly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 10th, 2021 at 11:30am at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church 9th & DuPont St. Wilmington, DE. 19805.  A visitation will be held while practicing Covid19 protocol also Wednesday, March 10th from 9:30 to 11am at the Corleto Latina Family Center, 807 N. Union St. Wilmington, DE. 19805
