Vincent J. Tartaglia,III was the legacy and owner of a prominent monumental dealer, Wilmington Memorial Company, which was founded in 1937, in Wilmington, Delaware. Vincent also owned and operated Monumental Realty. He passed away suddenly on December 9th, 2023 at the age of 65 years old.
Vincent also had a talent and passion for music and was one of the Tri-State areas most highly recognized and sought-after keyboard player and salesman.
He attended Sanford School, Valley Forge Military Academy, and finally A.I. DuPont
High School.
Vincent, ‘the local legend’, was actively involved in local charities in the area and was a major contributor of the Catholic Cemeteries of Wilmington and the FOP of Wilmington.
Vincent was the son of the late Lorraine V. and Vincent J. Tartaglia, Jr. Vincent is survived by his 2 sisters, Alexa T. Hurley, (Patrick) and Vonne T. Geiger, (Edward) and his nephews, E. John DiSabatino, III. and Joseph Patrick Hurley, III, and niece Courtnie Kriss (Kevin) and his great nephews, A. J. and Brenden Kriss.
A Devotional Service for Vincent will be held on Wednesday, December 27th at 11am at St Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, 9th & DuPont St. Wilmington, DE.19805.
Followed by Burial in Cathedral Cemetery.
